1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website or purchasing an eSIM, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for ensuring your device is unlocked and eSIM-compatible before purchasing.
3. eSIM plans and activation
Each plan includes a set data amount and validity period that begins on activation as described at purchase. eSIMs are delivered digitally by QR code and cannot be transferred between devices once installed.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout, and your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Unused eSIMs may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. eSIMs that have been installed or activated, or plans where data has been used, are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to resell, tamper with, or use the eSIM in a way that disrupts networks or violates the terms of our carrier partners.
7. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Tarifly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for service interruptions caused by local networks outside our control.
